A back-land redevelopment of two old bungalows

We took on this site with a planning application in difficulties (neighbours in dispute) and successfully transformed it into 2 new build detached properties, before rebuilding one of the derelict properties too.

Now its a superb and private cul-de-sac development of high-end homes.
